160 Years in the Making
In 1864, a barn was raised in Marcy, New York. It was, like most things back then, built to last: hand-hewn beams, heavy timber framing, and a spacious loft for storage and hay. Over a century later, in 2016, it was carefully dismantled, transported south, and given new life in the rolling landscape of Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
Restored with intention, the barn preserves its original craftsmanship while welcoming modern celebrations. Surrounding it are twenty-two acres of winding paths and forest alcoves, European-inspired gardens, a working flower farm, and a team devoted to every detail of your event. The setting is new, but the soul of this place is 160 years old, ready to host your celebration with elegance and charm.
Preserved with intention. Designed for moments that last a lifetime.
